Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R.Space platform at rspace.ae (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

R.Space is a real estate technology platform connecting property buyers, sellers, and brokers in the United Arab Emirates. The Service provides:

  • Property search and discovery tools
  • Broker dashboard for client and deal management
  • Offer creation and sharing
  • Direct messaging between users
  • Market analytics and AI-powered recommendations
  • Property listing management

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • Broker accounts require valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) registration where applicable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Violate any applicable UAE laws or regulations

5. Property Listings and Offers

  • All property information must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
  • R.Space does not verify the accuracy of property listings and is not responsible for errors in user-submitted data
  • Offers created through the platform are informational and do not constitute legally binding contracts unless separately executed
  • Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice

6. Broker Responsibilities

Brokers using the Service additionally agree to:

  • Maintain valid professional licenses as required by UAE regulations
  • Provide accurate information about properties, developers, and pricing
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Not engage in price manipulation or misleading marketing
  • Comply with RERA guidelines and all applicable real estate regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by R.Space and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

By posting content (listings, posts, comments, images), you grant R.Space a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. R.Space does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Accuracy of property data, prices, or availability
  • The outcome of any real estate transaction facilitated through the platform
  • The conduct or reliability of other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, R.Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
